Kimberly’s passion in life is to help children find their joy for learning! She holds two Montessori certifications/diplomas, a B.A. in English, and Professional Development Training from Lindamood-Bell in language & math and from CHADD in ADHD for Educators. Kimberly has over thirty years of Montessori classroom experience, Toddler through Lower Elementary. She opened, owned, and taught at a small Montessori school in Harpers Ferry, WV for ten years. Over the past seven years, she has been operating The Joy of Learning Montessori Classes and Tutoring, where she teaches Parent and Child Montessori classes, tutors children, and travels to in-home Montessori consultations. With pride and joy, Kimberly delights in seeing her two adult children pursuing their passions in life, one in basketball coaching and one in theater!
